Yoga classes

We’re not a traditional yoga studio. There are no memberships, no contracts. Instead, we offer community classes twice a week for only $5 a person. Join us today!

The Monday and Thursday $5 community yoga classes will be on hold while Sheri and Adrianna are in Costa Rica for the Ayahuasca Retreat. Classes will resume December 3rd.

Body structure yoga

Our signature class! Combining Thai massage, Hatha yoga, and physical therapy techniques, this class is designed to open and release tight muscle groups beyond simple stretching. Each class focuses on a different area of the body and utilizes various props to help you feel your best!

Yin Yoga

Dive deep into your body and rejuvenate the mind with our Yin class! Consisting of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that work the lower part of the body and open connective tissue, this deliciously meditative class is perfect for those new to yoga or wishing to unwind after a long day.

Vinyasa Yoga

One of the most popular styles, Vinyasa yoga is all about syncing the breath with movement to create a flow. Faster-paced and with a strong focus on alignment, this class is designed to give you a workout while still incorporating the meditative aspects of yoga that you know and love.
